Arriving and leaving

Breakfast on weekdays between 7 and 10 am, at weekends between 8 and 10 am
Allergies or diets: let us know in advance and we adjust the table
On weekdays a warm evening meal is possible on request; order at the latest 24 hours before arrival

When you book directly through the website you pay securely online through Mollie; after a price request you receive a secure payment link
Bookings under € 200, or between 1 and 30 days before arrival: the full amount at reservation
Other bookings: a deposit of half within 7 days of reservation. The booking is then final and you receive our info brochure full of tips
The balance, plus the € 350 deposit for the holiday home, is due 14 days before arrival
After your stay we draw up the invoice; the deposit is refunded within a week, minus any damage and drinks consumed

Every cancellation carries a € 10 handling fee
B&B rooms: cancellation until 1 day before arrival; after that the full amount is retained
Holiday home: cancellation until 1 month before arrival
Holiday home, between 1 month and 14 days before arrival: 50% of the amount is retained
Holiday home, less than 14 days before arrival: the full amount is retained
Force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster): the holiday home can be cancelled until 14 days before arrival with a full refund. In case of a mandatory closure you get everything back; if you cancel outside a closure you receive a voucher for the amount paid, valid indefinitely

The whole house is non-smoking
No pets
No fireworks
Loud parties and drinking sessions don't fit this place; quiet outside after 10 pm
Because of fire risk, e-bike batteries charge only in the bicycle shed, between 7 am and 10 pm
A charging station for electric cars is available at the house
