We serve fruit, farm cheeses, fresh meats, pastries, sandwiches, homemade bread, freshly squeezed fruit juice, farm-fresh eggs, homemade jams, chocolate spread, chocolate sprinkles, homemade granola, natural yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, pudding, gingerbread, coffee, tea, chocolate milk for the children, . ..

The breakfast room features:
A fully equipped kitchen with every comfort: dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, large fridge, freezer, small fridge, honesty bar, cooking utensils and crockery. If you want to prepare or heat something yourself, it is at your disposal.
Long breakfast table where breakfast is served in the morning between 8 and 10 am.
Stairs to rooms: the Grain Loft and the Barn
The sitting area offers the opportunity to relax with a drink from the honesty bar, talk about the past day, read a book or magazine, play with company, ...
Consists of: a seat corner, the table corner, desk, stairs to the Hayloft
The attic floor
Exits of 3 rooms, each named of the former storage places on the farm.
The grain loft = family room (5-pers)
The barn = double room
The hayloft = family room (5-pers)
Each room has comfortable box springs, bathroom with bath and/or shower, towels, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, WIFI. And the possibility to add a cot.
Terrace
The B&B has terraces all around.
At the front, along the street side, the sun rises in the morning. In the afternoon there is shade here, and it is wonderfully cool here when it gets too hot on the sun terrace at the back.
At the back is the sun terrace, which overlooks our fully fenced garden.
For the little ones there is a swing and sandbox. There are also small bicycles and other toys with which they can enjoy the outdoors to their heart's content.
Bicycle shed available, with charging points and bicycle pump.
Private parking provided.
Motorcyclists can park motorcycles in the back if they wish.
Location in the Westhoek
We are very centrally located in the Westhoek. A small village named Sint-Juliaan, that is part of the rural municipality of Langemark-Poelkapelle.
Located a few kilometers from important cities and places of interest in West Flanders.
3 km from Zonnebeke: closest village center with shops, cafes, restaurants and places of interest such as the Kasteelpark with the Passchendaele museum.
