What lands on our breakfast table comes from makers we know. Here they are.
Our producers
Our local beer, brewed by fellow villager Hans Vandeputte. Three kinds: Pater Pitte Blond, Stoute Pitte Brown and, since 2023, the alcohol-free Fitte Pitte.
Since 2024 the breakfast table carries apple juice from Fruit Myngheer, a grower of apples and pears turned into juice, apple sauce, pear syrup, honey and jelly.
Every cheese on our breakfast table comes from this family farm, where craft and quality come first.
Zuivelhoeve Zuid-Bellegoed
All the dairy on our breakfast table comes from this farm in Ypres: natural, fruit and vanilla yoghurt, and butter. In summer you can taste their ice cream on the farm terrace.
Now and then we also serve the cheeses and dairy of the Beauvoordse Walhoeve, made with fresh milk from their own cows.
